Need a one-off prototype, a replacement part that doesn’t exist anymore, or a custom upgrade for your build? We turn ideas into real, usable parts using a complete workflow: 3D scanning, CAD design, 3D printing, and CNC machining.

3D Scanning
We can scan your existing part or vehicle area to capture exact geometry, fitment, and mounting points - perfect for tight tolerances and clean OEM-like installs.

Design (CAD)
Using your scan data (or measurements/photos), we create a production-ready 3D model. We can improve the design along the way - stronger mounting tabs, cleaner contours, better airflow, weight reduction, and more.

3D Printing
Great for prototypes and functional parts in plastics and composites. We can print parts for you, or we can deliver a print-ready file so you can produce it yourself.

CNC Machining (Metal & High-Strength Parts)
When the job demands stronger materials—aluminum, steel, or other metals - we can machine the part in-house when applicable, or coordinate with trusted manufacturing partners to get it produced to spec.
